STOP LEASING PROPERTY AND FACILITIES.

Why do we continue to pay for things that are not ours. My port is the largest commercial Seaport in the U.S., 50% of the U.S. commercial cargo arrives through LA/LB, yet we lease office space in a building that isn't ours, and we share it with private sector industries where the general population can just come into the building and use the elevators, and walk the halls. Why isn't it that we don't have our own facility?... more »
