I just wasted an hour looking for the submission I put in!

I just wasted an hour looking for the submission that I input several days ago because there is no search system to recall your message. I even used the keyword search. While looking through the pages, I saw hundreds of similar ideas. Instead of having that many ideas with a few “likes” If the site had a way to catalog similar ideas by keyword, the time wasted searching would be reduced, and a better count of feedback... more »

Paper Training Certificates of Completion

Most, if not all, federal agencies have learning management systems that track an employees training history, so a cost savings would be in eliminating paper certificates of completion. The cost of printing the certificate and the cost of the labor to input and print these certificates would be a big cost savings, not to mention a time-saver.

Reduce administrative obstacles for organizing meeting

To facilitate setting up inter-agency meetings, open up access to outlook calendars for all federal employees. I work at NIH but I work closely with many other federal agencies both within and outside of HHS. End Budget Crisis

I have a way to collect a billion dollars a year from insurance companys. The VA doesn't bill insurance companys on the devices that are used and are losing a billion a year. Pick my idea and
