NH and SSA Judges are confused by conflicting letters and inconsistent information. Judges reverse waiver decisions/denials due to poor communication. Use Computers over IP/stop refresh rate

Units I have been under normally refresh their IT assets (computer towers, monitors, printers) about every three years.

The only reason it sounds that they do it is because of a warranty expiring. Many computers can be ugraded if need be and CSA's should have knowledge to replace/repair parts. Refresh for any IT assets should be five years or more.

Scan and Save

Create an electronic database for forms and archives. Scan current archived paper documents into a database to save storage costs, manpower, and paper resources. Use electronic standard government forms to eliminate paper usage and storage costs. This will also allow for "virtual" audits to be done remotely with no travel expense. This can apply to all government entities.

Combine Jet Demo Teams - Save Fuel, Manpower, Equipment, Lives

Instead of having multiple, high-caliber, high performance jet demonstration teams (like the Blue Angels, Thunderbirds, etc.), either completely eliminate them or combine them into a single, highly competitive team. As U.S. Citizens, we all love these bad-ass, high energy, screaming jet teams. But in these fiscally challenging times even the Department of Defense needs to cut out some of the fancy shows.
