I think that an intra-agency wiki would have significant benefits to government agencies and would help the government realize potential cost savings. How can we streamline the US Air Force when we don't even know who works where? Only about 80% of military members have a valid position number in the manpower system. Of the existing position numbers, more than one person can be slotted against the same position. For civilians the accuracy rate is even worse.
