The MAX Federal Community is a nuanced, robustly supported Atlassian Confluence wiki that 47,000+ Executive Branch Feds are on right now. Among other things, it supports the Budget Formulation & Execution Line of Business, but it can be used for any governmental purpose. One Background Investigation

We need to establish one Background investigation for all departments within the federal governemnt. The amount of money spent on redundant invesigations could be utilized in other areas. As an example, I had a current, valid Top Secret Clearance from the US Army, and yet had to get a Background Investigation from CBP before I could report to work.
