Realizing that cleaning and maintenance crews need to be in after hours but when they are gone there is no need for lights in offices to be left on. Have all Federal, state and local agencies including schools should convert to a 9 hour, four day work week and everyone has Friday‚Äôs off. This benefits, the environment, the worker and the government. It worked in Utah. Save $$ and materials when shipping office supplies!

When our office orders batteries, they are shipped via fed ex or UPS with one to two small packages in a large box with a lot of filler paper. Why not use one of those standard USPS "one price" shipping boxes and ship a large quantity at once? It would save on shipping costs AND would conserve the amount of shipping materials used.
