I propose switching to a fully electronic system for archiving paper forms. I recommend that Records Management policies should be redesigned with the intention of storing only electronic versions of the required documents, with a single electronic archive storage system for each agency. Currently federal agencies mandate electronic payroll deposits. On the flip side, many still send out paper payroll subs.
I would like to see a federal mandate to make all payroll stubs electronic. This would save postage and paper costs while simultanelously expediting these notices to all federal employees.
