Bloated Management

CBP is bloated with supervisors, middle management and upper management positions, CBP needs a 20-25% reduction of these positions, and these positions should be converted back to the Journeyman level that puts these officers back out in the field where they are desperately needed. When I was in the military a platoon sergeant (leader) had about 30 men under him and some times more.
