Any governmental agency with regioal offices should look at the feasibility of combining into fewer regions thus saving the overhead cost.

I liked the system the way it was to agree or disagree. It is nice to modify things to make the process better not take ability or options away. that is one big problem we have with government.
Why do we have a full organization that manages vehicles, buildings, and other commodities that government offices uses or needs and YET they can BE the biggest violators of their own system. They charge outrageous prices on simple office supplies, outrageous prices on rent and services, and outrageous prices on anything that has their name attached to it. I would love to here WHY?????

In every agency of the Federal Govt, move each Waste Fraud & Abuse department from under the authority of the Executive Branch to Judiciary authority. This would give the Judiciary more resources to identify and prosecute waste, fraud and abuse in each agency of Govt
Every time I see these "SAVE" awards I feel like I just got one of those 'Sweepstakes' envelopes in the mail that says I may have already won.
Create a new Agency with enforcement authority to identify and prosecute Waste Fraud and Abuse. Limit the initial focus and then expand the focus as more resources are available for full implementation.
