I suggest that an I-phone app be creating to answer question about Social Security and Supplemental Security Income eligibility and post-eligibility benefits. This would reduce the number of called received by Teleservice Center and Field Offices. This would allow the representative to be more productive. The applications need to be user friendly or the general public will not bother.
