The federal government has hundreds, maybe thousands, of websites. There should be an effort in consolidating some of them for search engine optimization and possibly even financial resources.

Stop printing and distributing employee telephone directories. The information is available on web sites and likely to be more current than a printed edition. Save the money and save the trees.
Medicare & You (handbook) is sent automatically to enrollees unless opt-out is chosen at mymedicare.gov. A legal guardian for, say, 50 enrollees would have to establish 50 accounts and then opt-out at each. Create an easier opt-out method.
The ability to share the airport body scans with your physician with your permission.
