CBP has gone from 3 firearms qualification a year to 4 times each year; this is too many times each year and a waste of money. If a CBPO has less than 5 years of experience yes they should have the total exposure of 4 times each year to gain proficiency and experience. Restaurants, bars, hospitals, school campuses, state offices, other business have gone NO SMOKING. Smoking causes: dependency, cancer, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, bad breath, yellow fingers, wrinkles, is a major risk factor for heart problems/ stroke. I strongly suggest that the Federal Government take use of a secure application called "Live Meeting" wihich is included in the MS OFFICE OUTLOOK Suite. Since most laptops issued by the Government have microphones and cameras the reliance on one-day fly-outs become archaic. All that is needed is an internet connection.
