Realignment of Care - Combat vs Rehab medicine

There is currently a serious gap of care between DOD and VA. The DOD provides outstanding combat casualty care - however the DOD is having challenges and spending a lot of money providing care once the wounded warrior returns to the united states to continue care. We are spending too much money and veterans are falling through the gaps between DOD and VA do to this.
