Eliminate Paper Payroll Stubs

Currently federal agencies mandate electronic payroll deposits. On the flip side, many still send out paper payroll subs.

 

I would like to see a federal mandate to make all payroll stubs electronic. This would save postage and paper costs while simultanelously expediting these notices to all federal employees.

The President may issue an Executive Order requiring Executive Agencies to implement an IT (Information Technology) default setting in the use of all government printers, whereby all printed documents (by default) will print two (2) pages per side; four (4) pages per sheet. Gut Administration, and Management.

Every organization in the government, spends way too much money on administration, and management, and we all know it. Gut the middle layers. Fire some people. The most important place to do this, unfortunately is the school system, which the federal Government has little control over.
