By using our Video telecommunications System or Microsoft Office Communicator for Live meetings, we can reduce travel costs for training significantly. Cut the Waste on Centralized Trainings

Eliminate the need for all newly promoted Veteran Service Reps and Rating Veteran Service Reps to fly to another location for centralized training. We have the technology to have these trainings through videoconference. The trainers can teach at their own locations and the trainees can stay at their home location and learn through video and teleconference. Improve Frequency of Annual Trainings

I suggest that the TMS system be modified to make it so annual training due dates don't move up each time the training is taken. At this time, VA employees receive a reminder to take their training around 2 months prior to its due date. If the training is taken at that time, the due date for the next year is moved up.
