a great many veterans with housing tend to utilize the hospital system for a place to stay while waiting for permanent housing. they report suicidal thoughts as a way to gain admission. there are many who get involved with a revolving door, being admitted, discharged, readmitted, etc... the hospital stays require a lot of manpower and money. it may be more beneficial to identify these patients and set up an emergency... more »

Travelling Labs for Rural, Remote and Homeless Veterans

To reduce beneficial travel and burden on our Veterans, as well as increase the number of Veterans getting needed labs that are currently unable to develop a small fleet of equipped RV's staffed by Provider, Nurse, and Clerk/Driver to visit rural areas, KOA campgrounds, homeless shelters on a scheduled basis.
