Some government employees abuse their transit benefits -- for example, someone who receives a transit benefit that fully covers the cost of vanpooling may only use the vanpool one day a week or less. Raise Taxes on Companies like NIKE that Outsource Work. Then offer tax advantages for companies that keep work in U.S. This could end our budget crisis with revenue it would bring in. We bring jobs to with companies that come back to U.S. with there jobs.

Shredding of government documents

Eliminate expensive shredding contracts by using CWT workers. VA is encouraged to use CWT workers and reduce contracts. This would provide work training for veterans enrolled in CWT and eliminate costs of a contract. Documents can still be disposed of in locked containers and the containers can be picked up by CWT workers. stop wasting insulin

A large number of veterans are diabetic, when they are in the hospital they each get a vial of insulin which is barley used, so on discharge we are not allowed to give them the vial and it is destroyed. I have worked at private sector hospitals that are magnet. There policy is to have a vial of insulin in the pixis machine that is used for all the diabetics that need coverage. On the SSA Web Site, it states that it takes between 3 to 5 months to receive an initial SSA disability decision. On the VA Web Site, it states that it takes up to 6 months to receive an initial VA disability decision. SSA Appeals take 2 or more years at OHA. VA Appeals take 3 or more years at the BVA.
