Federal Employee Video Testimony

Routinely the DOJ and US Attorneys Office will subpoena Federal employees to testify in cases outside of the employee's geographical work area.

These cases can often be cross country in nature as currently my office on the West Coast is working to find funding to send an employee to the East Coast for under one hour of general background testimony.

DOJ's Office of Legal Education produces very authoritative and helpful manuals in a variety of subject matter areas for prosecutors/trial attorneys. They then update, produce and mail thousands of these books every year to prosecutors across the country who don't even read them because a lot of material is online in USABOOK and other online DOJ resources. Law Enforcement pay and retirement only for those who deserve it

I suggest that Law Enforcment pay and retirement for the FBOP is only given to those staff who spend the majority of their shift (time) inside the fence during their career. The staff that work in the front offices, regional offices, and central offices should only get it if they spent more than 50% of their career working inside the fence at a prison or carries a weapon more than 50% of their career. Stop Voter Fraud (Felons, Illegal Aliens, Deceased, etc)

Require Federal and State agencies make use of the Social Security Administration “Federal Benefit/Prisoner Data Exchange System” to enforce voter fraud laws.
(1) Provide SSA with prisoner information necessary for determining voting eligibility such as, convicted felons (imprisoned or, released on parole or probation), illegal aliens, deceased persons, fraudulent voter registration.
