Federal Employee Video Testimony

Routinely the DOJ and US Attorneys Office will subpoena Federal employees to testify in cases outside of the employee's geographical work area.

These cases can often be cross country in nature as currently my office on the West Coast is working to find funding to send an employee to the East Coast for under one hour of general background testimony.

Interviews via Teleconference for New Job Applicants

Allow new job applicants to interview via the internet through a webcam. Job interviews can be very expensive, not only for the applicant but also for the Federal Government. Utilizing a webcam can still provide interviewers with a face to face interaction. Tele-Job Interviews

Allow applicants from anywhere to be able to interview from anywhere! Use the internet to connect interviewers and interviewees face to face with a simple webcam. This would allow for someone in Alaska to interview for a job in Washington DC. This would save travel costs and give us a wider applicant pool.

This would be a great way to save money and not impact operations.

FREE Workshops using the Talent we have

Offer internally led workshops to employees to enhance their skill and performance. Use the talent you have to teach various classes such as computer training, safety, wellness, customer service and stress relief. This would be a great way to help employees better themselves for nearly free!

Relationship Skills/Conflict Management Seminars

Studies have shown that poor relationships often lead to poor performance. Create seminars to help employees enhance their relationship skills (e.g. conflict management, how to foster positive relationships, etc.). This could be taught by federally employed mental health professionals at little or no cost.
