Automate the Design Change Notice (DCN) Process

Currently, to put a new part into the Navy Supply System we have to use a form called a Design Change Notice. Currently only Manual DCNs are accepted. Save--USAF Treat Non-classified Technical Orders (T.O.) Like AFI

Who would spend millions in man-hours to obtain mandatory guidance? Immediate attention is needed to review the way the Air Force looks at Technical Orders (T.O.)!
