Streamline Mandatory Training

Conduct a "true" assessment of all the wasteful elements is absolutely necessary. What are the costs associated with developing the interactive on-line modules, the actual man-hours incurred for attending mandatory training presentations, and the administrative labor hours required to submit/validate employee attendance, to name a few. I agree this needs a serious investigation and action!

Consolidate AF Inspections

Consolidate AF inspections (UCI, LCAP, ORI, MCCI) into 1 inspection and have 1-POC for the inspections. Also, many inspections (ORIs) are obsolete (cold war era thinking). These serve no purpose other than to have MAJCOMs and Wing Commanders get a "warm-fuzzy" that their folks could survive if a ficticious cold war were to happen.

Training Redundancy

When an employee works for a military organization (as a reservist, for example) certain mandatory training is required and is accessed in a specific database (perhaps for that service, such as the Air Force).
