The military ,every year moves hundreds of thousands of members just for career advancement.The taxpayer not only foots the bill for the expensive move but also in the 2-3 months of lost productivity Cut these permanent change of station moves by 2/3. Raise the time on station limit to 6 years before someone can move to another base.

Simplify Contract Management

The process of developing a contract for small construction or services is counter productive to obtaining efficient services and needed work for our agencies. Every service should have canned templates how they want them to be constructed so all each sub-unit has to do is fill in the blanks. Suspend Wage Escalation on Federal Government Contracts

The wage escalation on all federal government contracts should be suspended for at least 2 years. This could potentially save millions of dollars. If state and federal government employees and millions of other private sectors employees are going without pay raises for years, then it is only fair that government contractors do the same.
