Deployment Gear Shift

Far too many military members are sent on deployments with inadequate gear. Far too many people volunteer to be deployment managers and have NO experience with the equipment they order or even know how to use it. Deployed equipment packages

When maintenance units deploy to a location, their tools,testers,parts and servicing equipment are often packed up and deployed with them. But when it's time to replace that unit in the field, another unit packs up all of their items and deploys to replace the first unit. Consolidate AF Inspections

Consolidate AF inspections (UCI, LCAP, ORI, MCCI) into 1 inspection and have 1-POC for the inspections. Also, many inspections (ORIs) are obsolete (cold war era thinking). These serve no purpose other than to have MAJCOMs and Wing Commanders get a "warm-fuzzy" that their folks could survive if a ficticious cold war were to happen.
