Don’t allow the purchase of wireless peripherals for desktop computers. Wireless mice, keyboards, and other devices are not necessary for desktop computers. They have a higher purchase price than traditional devices with wires, and they have higher operating costs because their batteries must be constantly replaced.

Routes can be handled by less vehicles and personnel if they know where they don't have to go. How often does a delivery person drive to a house without mail to send? Yes, junk mail comes every stupid day and that subsidy should be stopped FIRST, but then...Try a pilot community in which the little red flag sends a wireless signal to the post office and then the driver doesn't have to go everywhere just to look. The President has proposed to make 500MHz of Federal spectrum available for wireless carriers to expand broadband internet and wireless available to more of the country. Instead of a "sale", the government should lease the spectrum to wireless carriers for 15-20 years with additional options to extend the lease at the government's discretion.
