Government employees are only required to show receipts for expenses over $75 while on travel. I recommend showing receipts for all expenses that are incurred on the government, no matter how small. This would eliminate the rounding up of charges, such as taxi and tolls, that used covered by personal funds.

Require those who do travel submit reciepts for everything! The travel regs are too loose with "if under this amount no reciept is required". I have seen where people submit reimbursement request for items they never actually incurred because they view or feel it is an entitlement, after a while these things add up.
