Transit Subsidy

The EPA Transit Subsidy is fabulous, and is a great incentive to use public transit. But why does every employee need to re-apply for the subsidy every month, with every supervisor needing to approve each application every month? This seems like an enormous waste of time. This is a program that could really use some streamlining, keeping the value of our time in mind.

Allow Feds free public transportation - anytime

Using a special card/pass, allow Federal employees free public transportation. This will cut down the manpower spent on the application/approval process and the effect will be less vehicle traffic damaging the roads. It may even create more state jobs. It will encourage public transportation without all the hassle.
