Eliminate overlap: Transparency (ie. Master Task Database)

To reduce overlap in tasks and increase productivity, have every agency/department list their projects by keyword into a master database (i.e. refuge + surveys) to get a true view of where the redundancies lie. A Cost Effective way to Handle Investigations

The current system of any employee calling Internal Affairs does nothing, but really delays the system for real investigations. I do believe that it would speed up the process if the information was first sent up the Chain of Command and LER. This would speed up the process and keep non criminal issues at the port. Office of Personnel Management

Share Security Check Information

I have worked for, or applied for several agencies in the federal government. It would be a cost saver and a team building experience to have the personnel security divisions to share the security checks and clearances information.

A central area to store the information would make it easier and quicker for personnel to be hired and on the job.
