My understanding is that the survey is mandated by law, but can we cut down some of the costs until the law is changed.
For example, in my small POD of 30 or so people, we had 5 or 6 Survey posters mailed to us - overkill!! Can we stop all printing of survey posters as most of us received 10 emails reminding us to take it anyways?
Reduce the Employee Satisfaction Survey to every other year, or every three years. By the time the results are analyzed and discussed within our teams, it's almost time to complete the survey again. One year is not enough time for significant enough changes to warrant another survey.
