Wasteful temporary travel arrangements

In just about every area of Govn't service, there is a lot of money wasted on rental cars and hotels costs.
The Govn't should require all Govn't employees who travel in groups for work, school, or temp assignments to double up in a room (execptions for different genders). If the Govn't did this instead of giving each person their own personal rooms they could rent rooms at a more upscale place for the price and save money... more »
