Save Wisconsin NRCS money

The Soil Conservationist positions in Wisconsin USDA NRCS are required to sign a sheet agreeing to move whenever they are requested to do so. Their cost of moving, and even selling a house, is covered by the Wisconsin NRCS. This can be an expansive amount of money which the government is using to move people.
