Use printers for Post office monthly bills and others mail

The idea is for the USPS to have printers that can print and collate various mail that is sent. The idea is that instead of handling, sorting, and carrying mail accross the country it basically gets e-mailed to a local post office, printed out and delivered. Our Public contact team takes a lot of calls for forms. Despite being available online, many veterans either don't have access or aren't sure what forms they are looking for, so they call our hotline for them.
