A Simple Idea That Is Easy To Implement

I propose that when military members are sent TDY they be required to share quarters or hotel rooms with one other member, providing they do not have to share the same bed, are of equal rank and the same gender.

Consolidate AF Inspections

Consolidate AF inspections (UCI, LCAP, ORI, MCCI) into 1 inspection and have 1-POC for the inspections. Also, many inspections (ORIs) are obsolete (cold war era thinking). These serve no purpose other than to have MAJCOMs and Wing Commanders get a "warm-fuzzy" that their folks could survive if a ficticious cold war were to happen.

Supportive and Educated Families of ptsd/tbi

In Air Force Basic Training, we had an Officer remind us that the job of the military is to kill people and break things. It sounds harsh, but it's what we do best. However, that's not what the military is being used for. For example, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been dragging on for years, costing the taxpayers tremendous amounts of money.
