Have more Federal Agencies have IPhone App's.

This would allow greater and quicker access and enhance learning of fellow agencies. This would also allow more transparency and allow faster public access. We could have our computers streamline the information and delegate out the information.

I know the Social Security Administration has a facebook page, but does it have cell phone "apps" (applications) that can do specific things like locating a SSA office, maybe even conducting some kind of service online right at the customer's fingertips?

I think we should develop smart phone applications. The phone applications would enable users to read information about any agency they need information on. Also workers in the field could direct people to use the applications or use the applications themselves to obtain information. One specific application I would like to see developed is a QR reader.
