I know the Social Security Administration has a facebook page, but does it have cell phone "apps" (applications) that can do specific things like locating a SSA office, maybe even conducting some kind of service online right at the customer's fingertips?

The "My HealtheVet" is a great resource for those we serve here at the VHA. Development of an Android and iPhone/iPad app could save money, especially in the long term, by facilitating access to medical information, appointments, and lab results.
