Combine IG Inspection Exercises with Real World Deployments

Our unit has spent millions of dollars in time and money preparing to "pretend" to go to war so that AF/IG can come and certfiy our ability to go to war. We have been deployed 5 times since September 11, 2001 and as soon as our inspection is over we will start preparting for our 6th. Eliminate Operational Readiness Inspections (ORI)

The ORI process is an incredible waste of time and resources. Military units have been tasked for real wars for the last 10 years and regular training deployments for much longer. No matter what, they still have to undergo an Inspector General (IG) inspection every 3 years to prove they can deploy in a real world situation.
