With the current and anticipated deployment of SharePoint 2010 and its plethora of tools, functionality, and numerous capabilities to all Treasury Bureaus, I believe the use of an online live chat to assist employees with frequently asked “How to…” questions will increase user adoption and minimize the number of helpdesk calls and/or ticket requests for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) SharePoint related inquiries.... more »
