Recycling in the VA Medical Centers

There should be recycling bins for cans and bottles in the cafeterias and vending areas. In New Jersey, there are none, and I would guess that there are many other VA Medical Centers around the country that do not have this in place either.

Solar panels could be built, and save money spent on energy throughout time. While it may not save millions of taxpayer dollars, symbolism is important. The President should consider installing a geothermal system to heat and cool the White House.
