Quit sending foreign aid to nations that are hostile to us. Break foreign aid packages in Congress up so that each nation receives a separate vote (or multiple separate votes for designated aid). Then the members of congress will be held accountable for their votes on aid to nations like Venezuela, Pakistan, and China.
Reduce foreign aid to all nations across the board by:
(a) 25% for most favored nations
(b) 40% all other nations
While at the same time creating and enforcing an annual foreign aid ceiling.
We are broke, stop giving all foreign aid. I don’t mean to leave these countries with nothing. We should ask China to give them 43 cents of every dollar we would have given them. It is their money we are using anyway.

I see many entries re: excess meds at the VA and other places. Why throw out these very expensive medications? Donate them to foreign aid, either thru the U.S. or thru non-governmental organizations.
