Limit the salaries of executives on cost plus contracts to that of say either a Congressman, or a Deputy Sectretary which ever is lower. That's for the TOP guy. For each step down in the contractor organization, the top salary is the next lower level of the Executive Schedule.

Today the airmen don't do any of that. We have contractors who cut, weed, empty trash, clean, etc. Why? The airmen are still there, but now they have nothing to do except surf the web.

read electronically. My idea is to require Govt
Agenices to eliminate hard copy requirements.
