By law, Individuals who receive disability benefits are supposed to have their disability reviewed at least every three years to detemine whether they still qualify. Repeal Medicare Part D.The new program was never meant to be a subsidy to the pharmacutical companies but this is what it has become. The program was implemented with no intenition of funding it so it comes out of the general revenue. It is evident we can no longer afford it.
