Eliminate Attorney Rep Conferences and Travel

It is sad that with the education that attorneys have, that they need a special conference to help them figure out SSA processes. If this money was instead used to educate the public or provide advocacy to ADA, beneficiary wouldnt have to rely so much on attorneys to get their benefits.
