Type 2 and Type 3 Disasters: EUSP and ADR Advisor telecommute

On smaller, more "routine" Federally-declared disasters, the Equal Rights Specialist (EUSP) and ADR Advisor positions could be managed from their respective Headquarters' offices. These positions are often faced with little to do when deployed to a Joint Field Office (JFO). They receive per diem, pay, as well as lodging and rental car reimbursement when deployed.
