Instead of agents working 5 days a week for 10 hours per day, agents should work 4 days a week for 12 hours. That saves the government 2 hours a week per agent in the border patol. That is a savings of millions of dollars a month. Border Patrol agents will gladly sacrafice two hours of pay a week if that means they have an extra day to spend with their family and friends.
