Throughout the US there are Military Operating Areas (MOAs) and Military Training Routes (MTRs) which are used by military aircraft for training purposes. Within the borders of these airspaces are Noise Sensitive Areas (NSAs) which are designated blocks of airspace that the aircraft cannot fly over. Wind Turbine

Willow Creek Port of Entry is a remote port of entry with a substantial amount of wind. My suggestion would be to build a wind turbine at the Port of Entry to subsidize the electricity output of the Port and also to show travellers that the government is committed to green technology
