Use Volunteers for National Park Service

Use volunteers for the NPS. Following the lead of state governments that are strapped for cash , many are using a volunteer base to clean, maintain, guide, and take fees from visitors, while allowing the park ranger to be the ultimate manager in charge. In exchange for cleaning, toll taking, and maintenance, volunteers could live at campsites to provide these services for our National Parks.

Many kids are required to do 25 volunteer hours or more before they graduate from high school. Federal Government should open its doors to all volunteers to conduct work free of charge. Get People Involved and working!

Mobilize the unemployed and volunteers!
There are backlogs in the government everywhere, bujt there are also tons of people getting paid unemployment and welfare for sitting around. Give those with potential or the ability immediate work doing introductory level work that can be done by minimum mass training. Lots of training can be done virtually now.
