Increase Virtual Training instead of conference/travel training, this year I have seen people selected for conferences that cost the government thousands of dollars in which the conference materials could have been released via online training. Remote Classrooms

Using the Internet to bring participants into a classroom instead of meeting at a training facility would save airfare, housing, and perdiem. Skype is currently used by some college professors and works great. Materials needed would be shipped ahead of the class and could be returned at the end of the class.
