Simplify templates for briefings and fact sheets

By having plain but professional templates for briefings and fact sheets, millions of dollars in ink would be saved. Some templates that are used are extremely intricate with lots of images and color. While this is aesthetically pleasing, it is not fiscally responsible as it is very costly to print the sometimes hundreds of copies that are used and passed out at meetings and conferences.

template for letterhead and memo

Instead of having warehouse piles of letterhead and memo paper, we could have a template in the official forms website that we could use to type the official letters and memos. This would save paper and space in the warehouse and our offices. When someone changes the format of the letterhead and memo, we would not waste all the paper by throwing it out.
