Make Telework mandatory for all workers who have the cability work remotely. This will eliminate the need for a workspace, eliminates the need for a phone, a desk, a chair, lights, maintenance, overcrowded office space. There has been much research done on employees working from home. More work is accomplished by employees working from home. They don't want the privelage takin away so they work harder and usually put in more time. Also, makes the employee have less stress of trying to get to work.

Rather than having people commute in on "Paperwork Only" days, allow employees who do not already telecommute to do so on days where only clerical or administrative tasks (such as filling out paperwork) need to be completed.
