There is no need to continue mowing lawns on goverment grounds when their is a budget crunch. Let the grass grow and stop wasting money. We have our lawn mowed here even when the grass doesn't need it. They show up 2 times a week, mow and leave. I know they're under contract but allow for a more flexible contract to stop mowing when it doesn't need to be done.
