Changing the Face of how we educate in VA

I think a more cost effective way to train/educate VA employees is through online Live Meetings. With a click of a button employee can link up with desired/required training travel free. This will save the VA tremendously on the cost of travel, i.e. hotels, airline, and hour away from office. If we utilize the tools that we already have access to the VA will be more fiscally sound.
